SRN 1266 (Stained Glass) Bucklebury, Berkshire
SRN 1266. Now in a north window in Bucklebury church, it was made for the local Stephens family in 1649. Like many stained glass dials it bears the image of a fly, which in this case is extraordinarily lifelike. Well worth seeking out for a close examination of this alone, but it is a fine dial in its own right.
